it says you can loose 4.5 kg in a week. but lost 4 kg 2 weeks ago so i dont know if it would work for me. also it seems like a lot of food to eat. do you have to eat everything? and that thing about the negative calories, it that true??

If you've already lost a large amount of weight recently, it may be hard to loose more so soon after, but I think you'll be able o lose at least 2kg if you follow it properly.

The term 'negative calories' is really misleading - there is calories (a unit of energy) in everything you eat. It is impossible to put a bunch of ingredients that hold calories together and end up with a food that has no calories. The calories cannot just magically disappear. Negative cals just means that your body apparently uses more calories i.e. energy in digesting the food than the sum of the cals in that food.
