Vomiting after meds

Oka, I posted something similar before about feeling really sick after taking all my meds. I actually stopped taking them for a while because I hated it so much, but then my dad found out and made me take them and afterwords I ate scrambled egg white (that I did not want to eat because I felt sick, but had to) and then like a minute after I finished it all just came up, I threw up (completely accidentally).

Help, he wants me to do this again tomorrow D:

I take fluoxitine, adcal, vitamin b compound, thiamin, sulvazinc, a multivitamin and omeprazole.

I know lots of people throw up when they take meds on an empty stomach but does it happen even when you eat first? If that's the case, maybe it would help to take them one at a time with like 15-30 minutes in between each med. It would be a pain in the ass since you take so many, I know. But maybe it's worth a shot...better than puking!

Omeprazole I believe should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach 1/2 hour before eating (I've taken it and this is how they all say to take it). I'm not sure what adcal is, but google says it's calcium. Other than the omeprazole, you should take all that towards the end of your meal. This is why you're feeling sick. Even better, if you can split your other pills and take them twice a day, you may feel better.

Do any of your medications need to be taken with food? I'm pretty sure fluoxitine does, right? I could be wrong though. If a medication is upsetting your stomach it probably shouldn't be taken on an empty stomach. Of course eating is never simple for those with EDs. May I suggest taking it with milk? It's not as intimidating as a snack but because it's thick it'll coat your stomach and therefore make the meds less likely to upset you. Or you could nibble on a few crackers. Those are light but would probably do the trick.
