Hey I've recovered from ana 3 years ago and had a baby so I'm eating ALOT more than I used to.. For example an average day would be:
full english breakfast
chips, chicken burgers and beans for lunch
more chips fish fingers and veg
(my hubby's trying to pick up weight and he stocks the fridge full of rubbish so it's all we have)

I suppose I've taken full advantage these past 3 years and no wonder I've picked up 5 stone!

This week I've slowly eased my body into feeling hungry all day and it's worked well so far, I havent felt like eating much I feel alot more confident about getting back on track :)

anyway.. Does anyone know of a good diet to start me off on my path back to ana?

If your husband is trying to put on weight, it doesn't mean he should eat crap. Chips? Come on, anyone knows how bad that is for you. He can eat healthily in order to bulk up, it would be an idea to talk to a dietican.

Secondly, if you have enough money to fill your fridge with that food, surely money wouldn't be a problem for you to buy your own meals. Who says you have to eat what he's having? If you're willing to begin a diet plan, then it sounds like you're not too worried about the inconvenience of preparing multiple meals.

So it really seems like you have all that you need, especially if you were anorexic at one point. There's a point to 'getting back on the path to anorexia', and 'losing weight healthily'. I'm sure you recall the pain you must have gone through previously with the recovery process....do you wish that on yourself again? What about your child?

Hi Goredoll, Im sort of in the same position as you. I was diagnosed Ana quite awhile ago, then got engaged and had a baby and put on the weight. I understand what Vision Thing is saying and I agree but I have never got over my eating issues, and now that I am 170lbs all I want is to get back to a normal weight. I am doing what I used to do but not so 'extreme' once I get back to a normal weight I will address the issue and be healthy about it. But at the moment I will do anything to lose because being this weight is so horrible!!
