i'm logging my progress at the end of each day, starting tomorrow. hold me accountable! and so here is my starting point:

mornings are easier to post, so here is today. must have only lost water weight cause yesterday I stuck to nibbles of mozz cheese and ~20 almonds. ugh

ugh. boyfriend made me a pizza yesterday but i managed to get most of it up. i have work at 6:30am this morning at my coffee shop which will be great cause i love serving people ~600 kcal mochas and grosssss pastries, haha ;)

thank you vision!! i need it, oh god. got real drunk last night and didn't drink enough water = BLOATED and gained it all back. back to the coffee shop for work. feel like i've been hit by a bus. nothing but tea and the occasional walnut for me today. eat fat, lose fat. but don't eat too much fat. omg can't even bear to look at the scale!

ugh, same thing happened to me last night.. i drank waaay to much alcohol and gained back 2 pounds :[ it's probably mainly water, but i'm fasting today to get rid of it.

thanks & good luck lovebexs, congrats on reaching GWs! and yes vision it is so hard to have a social life without unnecessary calories. why does everything always have to be centered around food food food???

sadly those mgd 64 kcal beers are like 1% alcohol = FAIL

also i feel DISGUSTING today, because yesterday = FAIL

not giving up, i never will

Yep. It's like the only acceptable social things to do is eat - go out to dinner, have lunch with family, go get coffees with workmates, see a movie and eat popcorn, a romantic evening at a nice resteraunt.....

it really does feel like every social event involves food :[
going to the movies has popcorn, candy and soda and going out for meals seems to be all my friends want to do lately. that or go to a party and get drunk. it really feels like avoiding food means avoiding people sometimes :[

The toughest thing is when you have a boyfriend who likes to feed you and take you out. Sometimes, he'll give me a kiss and he'll put a Starburst in my mouth!

It's a cute gesture but it damn near destroys me sometimes...good luck with your own losing though! You can do it!!!

Omg so true about boyfriends too, if i ask him for a tiny nibble of something he'll make me 8 lbs of food that i can't and won't eat. doesn't know about my ED though

me (in my head): NONONO
my b/f: "i don't think you eat many actual meals, so it makes me happy to see you eat one"
me (in my head): NONONO

~*starving*~ makes me happy. food absolutely grossed me out yesterday. i'm back to normal :)

heya, my goal weight is 98 lbs to! and im also 21!

Good luck with your weight loss, I just started the ABC on Monday. Hopefully I will have lost 4lbs by next Mon! let me know how you do in a week or so :-) xx

@anonomousmia: yesss! you are so much closer to 98 than i am, i wanna catch up. we can do this :)

my lappy broke down, so i've been unable to post the past couple days. had 200 kcal today and am stopping at 300
