Been so depressed this week, okay I have been ill which has included being sick and having it at the other end but I'm on the mend now but eating more despite me not being hungry or having an appetite of such. I am just so down in the dumps about everything: Uni, my life, weight, etc and I just can't deal, I just want to go on a big holiday and not have to care about anything any more. I'm sitting here after having some toast just feeling disgustingly fat, I'm supposed to be meeting my bf in a bit and I just feel like a blob, I'm so worried he will notice my weight gain (last week he was like 'have you lost weight') but this week he'll be wondering 'hmmmm she looks bigger' - eurgh I hate my life!! I need self control!

I always do a colon cleanse the night before I meet someone important and I stick to liquids. I understand your depression, I know what it's like to want to go to sleep and never wake up.
