Hi everyone,
Ok so I wrote in the intro a little about me, was diagnosed ana when I was 14 awhile ago. Anyway I meet the love of my life had a child binged to a big fat 79kgs, currently 77kgs. I am going back to trying to eat as little as possible, which at the moment is taking awhile to lower...
Anyway what I wanted to get your opinion on is what you think a good daily goal for me is, like no higher than. I just need a goal figure in my head to keep me on track throughout the day to stop me binging. I want to go as low as possible but being the fatty that I am at the moment prob isnt the best idea. If I have 900cals I feel like a fat cow, if I have 200-400cals I feel the same. Hopefully a daily goal to stay under will help me a little.
