Sickness feelings

When you dont eat for a while does anyone gets waves of sickness which lasts about a minute then it dissapears again?

hiya,

about half an hour ago i got a really sick feeling with hungar. i felt like i was going to throw up even tho there is nothing in me to puke!!! the feeling last a couple of minutes then disapears.

is that how u feel? x

yeah i get that too sometimes, usually in the morning when im most hungry. i think its normal, coz your blood sugar is low.

I get like this sometimes too, Ive taught myself to not mind it tho as if I feel sick I dont feel like eating. If I have to eat while like it the only thing I can eat is a little bit of apple and this sometimes helps.

ive had that n it generally means i need to sit down n eat sommat, I always try to stick with sommat light to fool my stomach, like lettuce or cucumber. Sometimes tho i know its coz i had too much sugar in one go, (think i addicted to sweets :s) then i just get pissed off at myself for being weak!
