Stupid stupid pathetic grrr

Sorry lovlies but I need to vent...

Ok so this whole week was going wonderful under 900cals per day (still needs to be lower I know but after my fatlapse its is better). Anyway I had too birthday dinners the last two nights, ate nothing through the day but binged at dinner both nights.

Had a good day today only 400cals but I am hungry, which usually I love the feeling of but its getting to me tonight. I am so pathetic and feel so weak ahhh

u sounds exactally like me last week. i had 2 nights out to go to and then after wards felt like crap!!!!

u have only had 400calories so far today... well done. but if ur feeling really hungary than allow yourself a small meal like 200calories to stop you from have a binge later on.

Hi Hun,

Thanks very much for your words of encouragement. I ended up just having some diet soda and even did some exercise. So I feel good about that :)

New day today and its going to be a good day, I get my new exercise bike YAY

Thanks so much :) I can not wait to get on the bike tonight! Didnt have a fantastic cal day but Im slowly learning to eat less. I can not believe how bad I have got, no more though I am going to be strong. So glad I joined up :D
