In the morning after breakfast I have to take vitamin B12 compound, thiamin, a multivitim, adcal and a zinc supplement. Afterwords I always feel very sick. Like, stood over the sink, gagging but trying really hard not to open your throat sick.
Is there anyway of avoiding this?

I take adcal and b12, the adcal are particularly discusting so I have a drink ready to have straight after it. I try not to take them at the same time, maybe if you did this you could find out which one of them is making you feel so shitty!

This used to happen to me a lot. Taking pepto or tums along with the vitamins has been pretty helpful.

This happens to me when I take a multivitamin. I switched to children's and it stopped.
Spreading the pills out should help.
Also, what are you eating for breakfast? A meal will help a lot. The reason tums and pepto work is because they coat your stomach.

Look at the Iron content on your multivitamin. Iron will make your stomach contract causing naseua. iron is a fat soluable vitiamin. i take fish oil with it to help with it.

I used to take men's ultra vitamins my mother bought. Always made me throw up nasty yellowish stuff. I just stay away. Too strong for me.

I think it's common when taken on an empty stomach...but I'm not sure...

This happens to me and my younger sister with most multi vitamins. I'm not sure why..
But it's trial and error finding the right vitamins that don't make you feel sick.
My mom at first though tit was just me lying for my ED but it wasn't.. that was frustrating..

I have the same thing, whether I eat or not. But I've now discovered Berocca (uk) which is effervescent multivit and mineral supplement - I quite like it as a drink!

Unless it's a food-based multivitamin, you really shouldn't take it until after eating. And take the extra vitamins separate from the multi, you're probably not absorbing everything.
