soo this will be my journal. i'm supposed to be on the abc, but i've been trying to just do 150 or under everyday and then fast on the fast days.
yesterday i had green tea (0 cals)
blueberry yogurt (60 cals)
and quite a lot of water (0 cals)
soo it totaled up at 60 cals, which was veryy good
today i had a small skim chai latte (150 cals :[ suchh a pointless waste of cals but it really helped ease my cramps lol)
1 cheese ravioli (this was actually a hugee acomplishment lol. i was out to lunch with friends and i managed to just cut one ravioli super small and keep eating little bits of it, so it looked like i was eating a lot, but i really wasn't. i' not sure the cals, but it couldn't have been more than 50 since it was rather small and had no sauce)
a small piece of italian bread (i had too, since they brought a huge bowl at the restaurant and everybody kept saying it was soo good. it would have looked strange to turn it down. 80 cals)
PLUS then they wanted ice cream :[ i tried to just pick at mine, but i did eat some. i'm going to say i had 200 cals worth, even though i probably had less, just to be safe.
so today totals up at 580 cals :(
what a bingy day. i just had to go to this lunch, and at least yesterday was good...
awful :[ totally awful. plus tomorrow is halloween and i know i'll drink a lot, which will be TONS of calories.. fuckk.

dont worry 580cals a day is still very good and not much at all. you wil still lose weight just not as much if you did fast but its good you let your self eat 580cals to keep your metabolisim up maybe do that once a week so your metabolisim doesnt completely shut down on you because when you do eat junk again its just gonna store it all.

well yesterday was halloween, and i fasted all day, but once i went out with my friends i ate like a total pig. i had 5 vodka shots (250 cals) which got me drunk enough since i had no food in me, and once i was drunk i just kept eating. me and all my friends started the night at our friend's house and her parents had a dinner party going on so got drunk in the basement, ate all their food, and then left to go to parties lol. i had a handful of candy corn, 2 pieces of fried chicken, pasta salad, a mini-cupcake, half a cookie, 3 meatballs (they were tinier than usual ones, but still bad) 3 pigs in a blanket, a bowl of chili, 3 pieces of bread, a slice of cornbread, glass of skim milk, water, and apple cider. PLUS once we got to the party i drank more. i don't even know what it was, some guy gave it to me and i just drank it like an idiot. this is why i don't drink anymore, look at what happens! ugh i'm so bummed at myself. i knew i would binge but i really went crazy. there's no point even adding up my calories, it would be too depressing :[ i weighed myself and i'm back up to 105.. i am on my period though (yay lol haven't gotten it in months) so it might also just be water and bloat. we'll seeee about that lol
anyways, i'm going to do UNDER 100 cals everyday from now on
i have to be 95 by november 15th, which means losing 7.5 pounds a week. that's a little over a pound a day, which should be totally doable as long as i don't slip up and i exercise my butt off lol

today my aunt was visiting new york from out of the state, so me and my dad went out to lunch with her. i kept saying my stomach hurt from "all the candy i'd eaten last night," but they kept nagging me to eat so i got a bowl of oatmeal (about 300 cals) and green tea (0 cals) so far that's all i've had today and i just weighed myself ANDDD I WAS 101.2 :D i'm soo excited! i might have a yogurt (60 cals) as a snack soon, but that will be all :]

i ate half the yogurt lol
soo today totals up at 330. not bad, but i can do better. if i hadn't had to go out to eat it would have been a better day. that's always what messes me up :[
anyways, tomorrow will be better!
i've decided i won't be getting chai lattes anymore. i love them, but they're such a waste of calories and it's just empty, so instead i'm going to have green tea :] it's 0 cals and it speeds up your metabolism. yay!

MAYBE 2 pizza bite (60 cals)
and some water probably
which will be 120 calories for the day :]

alright so i'm still doing 120 today, but i bought these AMAZING bread-sticks that are 6 calories a stick and i've been snacking on those all day lol. i've had 7 of them which is 42 calories and i'm going to have a 60 calorie yogurt for dinner around 7:30 :]

godd i haven't posted here in a while
so i was FINALLY 100 pounds and then i binged and i've been bobbing about around 101-103 for the past 3 days. i went out with my friends this weekend and drank a lot of alcohol so that definitely caused weight gain and i'm probably all bloated from eating junky salty foods with them
BUT i fasted today :]
well, i had a 25 calorie hot chocolate, but that's all so i'm really proud. andd i threw out the cookies i've been snacking on, so there's no more temptation! i weighed a whopping 103 this morning so hopefully i'm going to be 101 tomorrow. if not, i'm fasting again
