It used to be fried chicken, big time! Now I think it's gross.
Now it's Ice cream, the 8th capital sin ;) ohh jeez...haven't binged in exactly 3 weeks.

Carbs, chocolate and icecream.
Basically, foods I restrict heavily when not binging. Trying to eat a bit more of them in order not to crave them much apparently don't work, they're triggering.

Ice cream is a HUGE binge food for me, along with cake/ cupcakes, and cookies. If there are any in the house, they do not last long.

Cookies are a big binge food for me. I don't even know why besides they're super cheap and there's a bakery across the street from my work and the same one across the street from my house. *shakes head*

Came across an interesting article tonight, thought it'd be relevant here:
"If you crave tough foods, like meat, or hard and crunchy foods, you could be feeling angry.
If you crave sugars, you could be feeling depressed.
If you crave soft and sweet foods, like ice cream, you could be feeling anxious.
If you crave salty foods, you could be stressed.
If you crave bulky, fill-you-up foods, like crackers and pasta, you could be feeling lonely and sexually frustrated.
If you crave anything and everything, you could be feeling jealous."
Of course binges are almost always a complete free-for-all/eat anything you can get your hands on - scenario, but I think it's interesting to see that even what appears as a simple, instinctive craving actually is more indicative than you think.
For me, it's chips (crisps). Doritos Jalapeno - one of the worst things to purge, ever - and .. okay, well just about every kind. God, it's been so long.....

For me it's always breakfast cereal. I think I like the crunchiness of it, plus it's sweet (often I'll pour maple syrup over it or cover it in sugar). I think it's also really comforting. I remember when I was a kid we'd only get the really sweet types of cereal (e.g. cocoa pops, fruit loops, nutri-grain) when it was school holidays. Also, I'd always have it after coming home from school or as a snack before bed time. It's a nostalgic thing as well as the fact binging has a lot to do with the 'chomping' motion.
So I can never eat cereal because it's a massive binge trigger. When I find myself reaching for it I know I have to get out the kitchen, like NOW.

Oooooooh, I love cereal too!!
Coco pops are a current fave. Also love shreddies, although my weakness is milk AND cream on them so I try to stay away. I find it almost impossible to have any cereal in the house as I know I will binge as soon as I am alone.
I just love cereal. I always have, even before my ED. Mmmm.... Makes me want some so bad.
num num num.
I do also have a savoury binge every now and then but it is usually just based on what is on offer or reduced in the shop!!

Mostly anything high in carbs.. Could be anything, really..
Fruits, bread, cereal, pasta, pizza, oatmeal, chocolate, cookies, ice cream, popcorn, candy, chips.. even corn and potatoes.
But what I eat the most of them is fruit, bread and oatmeal.. Still adds up a nasty total..

Mostly bread-y and sugary things. Greasy too. Muffins, cake, fries, plain bread, Nutella, cookies, pasta... I guess it's because I normally wouldn't touch those with a ten-foot-pole.

pop tarts..wildberry and chocolate fudge pop tarts. They're very high-calorie, but sooo gooey and chewy with just a slight crunch..darnit. Otherwise, it's granola bars, pancakes or waffles with syrup, jam, and pb, or broccoli and beans.

Like many others here, carbs are the main binge food for me. There are certain things I won't allow myself to buy (say, high-fat cookies, fries, potato chips...) because I just can't justify eating them and I'd completely freak out if I did, but I frequently go crazy with things like crackers, bread, pasta, potatoes, rice cakes, rice, cereal...
I also binge on lots of veggies and dip and sometimes fruit as well... usually as things to start a binge with and use as markers when purging, and also because I worry less about stuff like that getting absorbed if I can't get it up. Ice cream is another one... makes all the other food come up more easily.

All sweet - cookies, cakes, granola bars (chocolate ones), chocolate, muffins, peanut butter/jam sandwiches, ice cream ...
I would never and have never binged on normal food, or salty food ... partly because I have an insane sweet tooth and crave sweets 24/7, and partly because I feel that it would be gross coming back up. Is it? I've considered eating fries and purging but I feel they would just taste nasty!!

mannnnnn if i'm binging, anything is game, especially cheesy, salty, or sweet foods. it's like instinct, as if i've starved it so long that my body just revolts and grabs anything edible that's nearby and shovels it in. then i feel shitty :P

When I'm restricting, I literally fantasise about bread and pasta...
At the moment, my absolute weakness is natural muesli with rice milk.
Not so bad, if you restrict for the rest of the day, I guess... the problem comes when I get in to a fucking frenzy, eat three bowls, and then I'm so full I can't move.

Carbs are always a good (bad) standby when craving/binging, but lately my problem has been ANYTHING with cheese in/on it. I'm gonna have fun answering this: CARBS AND ONLY CARBS
- Desserts with white chocolate (mandatory! but not WC on its own)
- cookies (they have to be chewy, soft and moist)
- Cake
- muffins (has to have white choc in them)
- Bagel with butter
- sourdough bread
- dense bread
- butter/cheese on bread
- ice cream (only if I want to feel less guilty cos it comes up easy)
- any cookie that looks unhealhty enough (usually bought bakery choc chip)
- cheesecake (well I would like to but Im not stupid enough to buy a whole one and for some reason I feel too guilty buying a whole slice... strange)
- CAKE!
Yeah.. thats all.. but usually if my binge does not consist of a dessert with white chocolate in it I feel like its a wasted binge...
Thank god I don't binge on all these foods at once hahaha

When I get sick of sweets, then I just go for the most savory and greasy foods I can find... like pizza and mexican food <3 ughhhh i want some now :b
**carbs, too, the carbs ugh i love them so fucking much, but purging them is a nononnonono :( i've almost choked a couple of times trying to purge super super starchy foods and a lot of the times they clump together so big I physically can not get them out no matter what.. which goes along with the choking potential :s

It all starts with a lovely bowl of oatmeal made with milk and a granola bar. Then a few spoonfuls of peanut butter. Then later I have two or three more granola bars, something covered in chocolate, maybe a peanut butter and jelly, some milk, some cereal, and another half a jar of peanut butter. Lately my parents have had cookies around so last time I had five of those and some cake from my mom's birthday, and some blueberry lemon bread, and some raisins.
But always ALWAYS tons of peanut butter. I really think I'm addicted to it at this point since I crave it 24/7
Cupcakes, cookies and cheesesburgers.
EDIT: ahhh, also nutella from the jar, as someone said. and meat, and candies, and chocolate... oh god. Too many things to say lol.

White bread sandwich with chopped onion, lettuce, tomato, peppers and a ton of salad cream and brown sauce/ketchup-depends whats house in the house, sometimes I put chicken or cheese on the sandwich but I don't really feel guilty about that as I don't overeat protein. oh and a lot of diet tonic water (slimline water), werthers originals toffees because they were in the house..I don't even like werthers toffees. almonds and an apple (the apple is fine but I used to only have 3 almonds with it whereas now it's more like 10-15 eek!) Carbs. I am a carb addict. But then, my grandparents are bakers. I was doomed from the start. XD

Right now ice cream is my weakness. I can't buy it anymore. Also fruit and nut bars. It's a shame because they are so tasty.

i could easily eat an entire jar of crunchy peanut butter on a bad day. & it makes us feel heavy because it has a LOT of fat. they're technically "good" fats, but still lipids nontheless and they just sit in your stomach for a while since fats can't be dissolved with just water - they take more work/time for your tummy to get rid of.

Bread, oh my god, so much bread. And sandwiches because guess what? BREAD. I think I binge on turkey subs the most. And then there's pizza. And when I've finished with the salty stuff I move on to the cookies and pie...

Too much fruit, and I feel like such a wastrel for it. We don't have a lot of money and fruit's expensive shit.
If we bought pastries and chocolate it would be that, but we're 'healthy'. So down goes the 5 lb bag of carrots with hummus. I feel like I'm the only person who can eat 1,000 calories worth of kale. There's no way out. :'(

NUTELLA. Omg. I can eat an entire jar of Nutella in a snap. And these delicious chocolate chip cookies that are sold at my school. Cheese pizza . . . Sour Patch candies, especially the watermelon kinds. Cereal, too. And pretzels!
