...is wicked! There's also a 200situps one, and one for squats as well.
It gives you everything you need to know and do to get yourself to the point where you can do 100pushups in a row, week by week. There's a logger tool for it, which you can also use for the situps/squats things as well.
Bit of motivation for exercise, you know? A little challenge to shake things up. Boost your core strength and burn calories. :D

keep in mind that once past puberty, it's harder for girls than it is for boys, so maybe try doing pushups from the knees? Likewise, after puberty, squats and such are harder for boys than for girls. Only generally speaking, of course, there are always exceptions, just the way muscle is distributed.

I got 28pushups on my first run (I didn't think I would get over 20!) and for situps it was fifty-something. I shouldn't attempt the squats because it could fuck up my knee... but I totally want to see how far I can go with all this :D
