What is your favourite low cal food/snack...

Since we are from different parts of the world it would be great if u could describe it a bit so others could look for similiar things in their country (:

In generel I like veggies with chili on the side but besides that we have some candy here in DK that are called Nellie Dellies it is a brand called Toms that makes them...

There are three kinds. To kinds of jelly and one kind of liqourice the jellys has 2,5cals a piece and the liqourice has 1,5cals a piece...but the best part is that they are full of fibers, in the liqurice there are 75g of fibers in 100g

Diet coke
Low Kcal fruit flavoured yogurts.
Never tried sugarfree jellly yet, the fact that is made of animal bones puts me off.

FRUIT!! its sweet and packed full of all the vitamins your body needs.

butter nut squash pumpkin is great as well, cut in chunks and baked in the oven its so sweet and delicious and you can put spices on it for a savory taste.

home made soup, just chuck loads of veggies into a pot of water with salt and pepper and liquidize it when its cooked.

spiced roasted veggies in the oven- pepper chunks, onion chunks, aubergine chunks, slices carrot, whole garlic cloves peeled, potatoes cut into wedges. cover every thing with balti curry spices ( or whatever spices you prefer) spread them out on a tray and bake in the over till every things soft. delicious. have with tadziki made from low fat Greek yogurt, grated cucumber and crushed garlic and some garam masala spices to make a scrumptious dip.

Not sure if it has been mentioned buut weight watchers toffee or vanilla yoghurt only 50cals a pot but i tend to freeze it and eat it with a teaspoon so then it takes longer so i feel fuller and everything quicker, also because it takes so long i normally only have half of it.
Another is lettuce I know it sounds boring but I really love lettuce.
Also if you get a chocolate craving try to find a low cal chocolate bar, cut it up into small chunks and freeze them and restrict to one max a day once again will take longer to eat and cure your craving :)
