OMG. It seems like every time I reach a weight with a "0" at the end the loss stops. Im like come on body! 5 more lets go!. Gosh and sometimes your working out so much hardly consuming anything if u do..healthy of course and still no budge! But once u get past its easy. Its just so fustrating...just venting

I so know how you feel... I have the same problem myself. Nowadays it's even more frustrating, since I've gained a lot of muscle my plateaus tend to be at higher weight than before. I love my muscles and don't want to lose them, but I hate the number being higher than before...
Sometimes when I reach a plateau, I add two hundred or so calories to my diet for a couple of days. First it looks like I'm gaining, but when I go back to my usual calorie intake, it actually drops below the plateau :). Don't know if it works for everyone, but at least for me, it usually does. (Even though I'm not able to add just 200 cals... I add 200 healthy calories, go crazy and binge and purge. It does'n help with the plateau :()

Hah, yep I do just this. I find it does work, but only if its non-fatty calories. i.e. things fronm protein and veg. Eating starchy things never gets me past a plateau

i can't seem to break 120. lately, i've been 121, 122, or 123. soooooo frustrating. i will try your suggestions of protein/veggies. i know if i can break 120, i feel like i'll easily get to 115 due to that wonderful empty feeling and motivation. why why whyyyy
