shaking after cigarettes?

for the past few days after i smoke my hands and legs start shaking really badly and keep going for like 15 minutes. i've smoked for years and this has never happened before. it's starting to freak me out.. is it because i'm eating less? i've been trying to smoke less so does this have to do with nicotine withdrawal or something? i'm totally lost and getting paranoid it's something bad happening to me :/ if anybody has any ideas or answers i'd really appreciate it! thank you x

I dunno why but it happens to me tooo when I'm restricting a lot just my hands shake and my stomach gets upset and ier been smoking since 02? Well regularly since then but started 99

thanks chey, makes me feel a bit better to hear i'm not the only one it happens too. google said it's the nicotine passing through your body, so maybe it just hits you harder when you haven't really eaten? it's just weird because i've restricted like this and smoked more and never felt so shaky, but these past few days it happens every time :/ anyways, hope you're doing well xxx

Maybe your at a lower weight or dehydrated ... Both make a big difference for me!!!
Hope your body gets back to normal ASAP !!

wow, I've had the same thing happening to me, it also doesn't happen all the time, rather when I haven't been eating less. I don't know what that is though? Maybe when you're energized (ie have eaten) your body copes with the chemicals in the cigarettes better? I also notice that I get kind of dizzy and my head feels woozy....really weird.

Smoking does mess with your blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels etc... If these are already a bit messed up from not eating/purging then after you smoke it's likely you'll feel even worse.

this happens to me too ill even shake while im smoking.. its been going on for months now. i have reduced how much i smoked though idk whaqt it is.

Is it weird that I love when that happens? And I love the light headedness too. Although, that doesn't happen much anymore. ~
