I just purged for the first time... I feel sort of proud, scared, happy and confused all at once. I used my finger, and I didn't get everything up. I didn't need to, though. I hadn't binged or anything. That was just the first time I've actually been able to do that... This thread doesn't have much of a point, it just feels like a big deal and I had to get it off my chest. Obviously my friends and family are right out, so I came here. Thanks for reading this.

I felt all those emotions too. try reading through some of the really depressing stories on this site and see how ya end up gettin really messed up . hope it will stop you ya see

i feel a bit of a dick congratulating you, but i'm jealous so, well done? i've tried and tried and failed and failed!

but in all my hypocrisy, you shouldn't do it really.. try not to resort to it? i know it's not that easy but, you're just starting.. dont get tooo sucked in.
