View Full Version : Aiming to lose 5lbs this week

Would love to lose 5lbs for Halloween as I am going out so I'm going to do the following:

800 cals or less per day
5 glasses of water per day
No cheese
No eating after 8:30pm
No butter
No sugar
No chocolate

Wish me luck and feel free to join I know I can do this!!!

sounds perfect, i will join. . . .i never drink enough, and always eat at night.

that sounds great.

here is some things you can snack on to because if u re strict to much without snacking all u think about is foooood! and it leads me to have another binge if i restrict for to long.

Rice cakes=23cals
Sugar free Jell-o=7cals a serve and theres 8 serves a pk.
small peach=35cals
weet biscuits=58cals a weet biscuit. i just have mine with boiling water.

thanks, i also hav these yoghurts and cereal bars that are under 100 cal to, they are my standard snacks cuz they taste great to :-) xx

Ugh I need to lose double that in two weeks. I just wish it was possible :p

I'll be supporting you because I swear I wouldn't feel motivated to do anything myself if it wasnt for you guys...

hey counting ribs, how did day one of ur haloween diet go??

i managed 750ml of water, and fasted all day, but no exercise apart from walking around campus xx

Day 1 went pretty well, yet to tally up my cals though as I have been busy :/ but will do so tomorrow and post aslong with todays cals aswell.
Been drinkin lots of water though so really pleased with that, plus I'm back down to my 25inch waist now so hopefully I can reach 24.5' this week!!

How you getting on hunni

yeh gd. . .day1: fasted. . .day2: ate 315 cals yday but cycled 9 mile and trained for 2hrs, so i burnt off waaaaay more than that (i estimate like 700 cal). . .so yday was a gr8 day!! :-)!

so far today ive had a smoothie (250cal) but have been walking round for 2hrs, and am choreographing dance later so should burn off 200 of that. will try to avoid eating tonyt but il c how i feel :-) altho im gutted im onli down a pound!! grrr!!xx
