Separation Anxiety - Can't Deal

Whenever I'm alone (especially without my boyfriend or parents) I get anxiety. I feel lonely and helpless. Even if I'm txting him or on the phone with him.

It's so hard not to break down and cry.

Does anyone else feel that way?

Yeah I feel that way when I'm not with my boyfriend (my parents live in different country so I'm kind of used to not seeing them). When he's in the town we are together every day but I haven't seen him for two weeks now and the anxiety got to the point I'm not able to leave my flat... plus I ran out of tranquilizers and have been depressed for quite a while now so it all adds up :/

Does he live far from you? And I can't imagine 2 weeks without my boyfriend. soon he's going away to visit family for about a week, and I don't know what I'm gonna do

Me! I HATE being alone. I can be texting my boyfriend and bust out in tears cause I'm stuck in my house without my parents. even my cat doesn't bring comfort to me like she use to. and everytime I'm alone, all my anxiety sets in. I'm constantly thinking about what if something happens and no one's here to take me to the hospital or some shitt. D;
