itchy all over

For the past 5 days, I have been itchy all over, I haven't changed anything, there is no rash or marks just constant itching and it's driving me round the bend.

Anyone ever had anything like this ???

OMG!! I thought it was just me!
I have this too, it comes and goes but it is horrible when it starts and I end up itching so much that I give myself big red welts all over.

If anyone knows why this itching happens I would love to know!

I get this as well. It could be caused by pancreas problems, hypoglycemia, lack of essential fatty acids, or lack of vitamin A, B, and D. There are probably other causes but those were the main ones that I could find.

Gahh! I've had this same problem when I was exercising last night. I got incredibly itchy!
