Well I have been trying really hard to eat more and I thought I was doing it but yet again those scales proved me wrong. I have been eating a little more each day to try and put some weight on but I lost it and have went down to 7st. I have 3 kids at home so probs running off more then I put in. I never thought this would be so hard. How is everyone else in recovery getting on?

How much is 'a little bit more'? Try adding foods with good fats, like olives and avocadoes, in a wrap or something. How much exercise are you doing?

Well I have went up from say a packet of crisps to a full meal then adding small snacks inbetween eg toast, porriage . I dont exercise at all now apart from my daily running about after the kids.

Hmmm, what does a dietician say? Maybe try adding more oils, like olive oil?

Make sure to have breakfast (milk, juice, yogurt, bread or cereals), eat lots of fruit and vegetables. You have to build some muscular mass, so meat is good too. Eat pasta, fruit and vegetables at lunch and meat/fish/cheese, bread, fruit and vegetables at dinner. Have at least two healthy snacks. I went from 94 lbs to 115 lbs this way, I'm still mia but I purge much less often than I used to and I feel stronger, recovery is possible.
