I always thought OCD was list making, cleaning, checking things over again and hoarding. But when I was a kid I would always do a thing where if I didn't get out of a room in 10 seconds, or if I didn't hold my breath for a minute everyone would die. I've forced myself to stop doing things like this but in my mind it still happens. And the way clothes fit really bother me to. When I was a child I had to wear my socks inside out because the lining bugged me and would scream if it wasn't perfect.
It was so bad I couldn't go skating because the skates and clothes were to annoying to me.

Is this minor OCD? My mother is slightly OCD and I believe I have an EDNOS

I'm pretty sure list making and that type of thing is more obsessive compulsive personality disorder but I could be wrong.
What you're talking about could be OCD, it could be sub-clinical, or it could even be traits from another disorder like aspergers or something.

OMG I used to drive my mum crazy with socks!! I'd end up in tears like every morning when I was little because "THEY DON'T FEEL RIGHT!!'. I have been called OCD before, but I don't think I'd meet diagnostic levels, not do my little "idiosyncrasies' cause me much distress. Full on OCD would be hell, and by what you've written it doesn't sound like that thankfully, but if it bothers you maybe talk to a professional about it and see what they have to say?

yes! well not so much the disorder, but definitely the obsession of the socks is a perfectionistic trait
