Zumba

Does anyone do Zumba? I signed up for a class that started last Saturday and so far it's a) very very fun and b) a wicked good workout. I was seriously sweating when it ended. I've talked my Aunt into joining me in the class so I'll have some motivation to keep going, even when it gets v cold and snowy and I'd rather have a lie-in than go work out.

Anyone else do Zumba?

yea i go to it on sundays as well its funnnnn!!! i love it :) it doesnt even feel like your working out.

I went to a class and it was pretty fun. Can't go regularly, but I've downloaded a copy of the dvds, and those are pretty fun too.
