CW: 72kg (158lbs)(was 67 last week, but I binge like crazy and don't purge :/)
GW: 54
UGW:50
Height : 164cm (5'4)
Plan: I need 2000 cal a day to maintain, so 1500 a day (gosh it sounds like so much, even though I can pack away 10,000 easily when I binge..)
Burn 500 cal through exercise, everyday.
Anyone else in? I know whenever I restrict I BINGE and gain more weight, so I'm trying to be healthy and not restrict too much, try and break the cycle C:
No meat, eggs or dairy for me C: I'm vegan now C:
Anyone want a buddy? For a tomorrow start?
