Hey there all!
I am good at sticking to things as long as at least one other person is with me, so I was wondering if anyone would like to start a diet diary with me? You know, what you ate, how many calories you had per day, what exercises, those general facts. Also, we could give each other support and scoldings for when we don't follow our rules of the diet diary. Do you think that would work? I just want somebody else out there to be in this with me, so I'm not all alone. I'm a HUGE stress eater, but I think it would be easier to stay away from the calories if I am thinking that somebody would be dissapointed in me for eating that.
Anyone in? I'm up for any ideas, and I totally will support you and try to help in any way that I can!
