hey guys , im new here :)
3600kcal is -1kg , i want to know the best workouts you can do yourself at home so you can burn as much kcal as possible. maybe some 100kcal excercises that takes just 10 min?
what can i do?

Jogging on a treadmill. Lifting weights won't burn a lot of initial calories but they will raise the metabolism to burn throughout the day.

Elliptical trainers are awesome. I do about 1000 cal per hour, also skipping, running up stairs, i dont know of any good enough to burn 100 in 10 minutes though :S

right now i do rope jumps and overall workout for 20 min ( any excercise i can come up with ) and than 10 min workout just for one part of the body, i change the parts every day
so usually i do
30-50 min workout
200-500 jumping jacks
500-1200 rope jumps
and always long way home and so on and so on...
any idea how much all of that would burn?
