I never stop eating. I get sick sick sick. cannot move feel so ill. my mom says hey whatsup what'd you eat today. i say what didnt i eat today moan and groan and roll over. she laughs i say its not funny that i make myself sick, but whatevs. this is normal behavior to her. she is know to go through boxes of oreos and jars of peanutbutter. btw my mom and i are nnot over weight. i have a bmi of almost 20 i weigh 114 at 5' 4". my mom is 5' 5" and idk maybe 140lbs???

You are at a very healthy weight so I cannot imagine you never stop eating. I think you think you eat too much but you probably dont eat as much as you feel you do. Try to portion your food throughout the day instead of having so much at a time that you feel like your sick. Same amount of food in total just spread out of more time so it doesnt hurt you :) I care!

you ARE at a healthy weight...but it doesn't mean it's healthy and you know that. I can relate to you, though I am not skinny. I do know how hard it is to stop eating :(
Tips (which I'm going to try follow.)
- Freeze food. Chop chocolate bars up and freeze them. Even better, freeze marshmallows they're fat free.
- If you're a purger, don't purge before you sleep, you wake up STARVING.
- Dry and drink water/squash instead of calorie drinks to add up more cals.
- Suck on glucose tablets, they have yummy strawberry ones, and it gives you the sugar craving you needs.
- Do something at that 'certain' time. mine is between 7-10pm.
guys guys okay when i say i eat a lot........ i am not one of those girls that is like "oh no i at 2000 calories. omg thats awful" no...... i binge upwards from 4000-6000 calories on an aawful day. i cram those calories in using bread and butter and any kinds of liquidy sugary syrups that are just packed with empty calories. If i eat like that tho, i usually grab hold of reality for the rest of the week.
