Trouble breathing??

Anyone else find that they sometimes are out of breath, or struggling to breathe?? or is it just me?

i have trouble breathing during and after a hard workout, (mainly running even for just 1/2 a min, or going really hard out on the bike for a long time) but i have asthma i have a puffer that i have to use.

Maybe go to a doctor and see what they reccomend. I have the same as Bacardi I get asthma only when I run so I have a Brycanil inhaler for that.

Yeah, I feel like I have to try really hard every so often to breathe.

Yeah, I've got sports induced asthma (which really only seems to affect me when I do sprint like work outs). Maybe you could talk to your doctor?

Also, I may have panick attacks, and when I have those I'm doing nothing physical at all, and then I start to hyperventilate sometimes, because I don't feel like I'm getting enough air.
