You see I am overweight. Horribly overweight and I need to start losing a lot faster then what I am and I was wondering if anyone could give me advice and tips on how to lose the quickest way possible. Please please help me!

:) There are a couple HEALTHY ways to loose wieght...

:p *Eat healthier (like get plenty of vegetables and fruits in your diet)
:p *Exercise more (at least 20 minutes 2 times a week... depending upon your age add more or less time)

Please don't go pro-ana or pro-mia though they are dangerous diseases. :o

Well what are you doing rite now to lose weight?
You shouldnt eat 5-6 hours before you sleep.
Dont exercise too much because tat only increases ur appetite.
Have small snacks throught out the day.
Lots and Lots of water. or juice. They fill you up.?
Chew gum. For some reason it makes you less hungry.

yeaah, i did a short science lesson on how your brain reacts to things. basically, the amount you chew makes your brain think it's full, even if you haven't been taking in any food. i can't remember the exact numbers, but yeah it does help.

If u eat a few nuts, like almonds or cashews (preferably without salt), 15 to 30 min before u eat a meal ull be full quicker. Also, I always chug like 2 glasses of water before I eat, it fills u up. If u feel binge urges after eatting, chug then too. It usually helps
