Hey (: Um... Does anyone of you know any foods which are high in protein but at the same time low in calories? If yes, please tell me... I'm in such a need for them :D

egg whites!!! i don't know how many grams of protein are in them, but that is all they have in them and only 17cals... one egg is also good, but it is 70 cals & 4grams of protein... turkey meat is also good, i think 50 cals for 4 slices

I think egg whites have 3 grams of protein. Loooove them!

cottage cheese..90 cals 15g protein per 1/2 cup
bodylogix protein powder ..117 cals 20g protein per scoop
lentils are higher calorie but they have 13 g fiber and 12 g protein in 1/4 cup which cooks up to 1/2 cup...
edamame..120 cals 10g protein per 1/2 cup
skim milk.. 90 cals 9g protein per 1 cup

Also, greek style yoghurt can be quite protein rich. Also, your English is great! :)
