I'm not fully sure where to put this but here goes.

My mam booked me a doctors appointment for later today for what seems like depression or bipolar or borderline personality but i have no idea what to tell the doctor. I mean i know i just have to tell him whats wrong but i dont know where to start or how to start and how to not sound really dramatic.

Im also really afraid that he wont believe me and will just put it down to 'being a teenager' like everyone else.

Just tell him how you feel. He'll either be really helpful or useless, if it's the latter, you can always see a different doctor. You'll get the help you need eventually. :)

Don't be afraid of rejection. That's my best advice. Just completely put yourself on the line. That's the only way you'll get help. I'm still trying to get to that point.
