sorry evangaline I think most of us don't understand what you're saying.. :(

But I think eating 5000 calories of food in one sitting is hurting your body x

Ok... mostly I'm just trying to figure out the conversions so I can answer you better.
1) 1 kg is about 2.2 lb, and there are 3500 calories per lb, which would be about 7700cals per kg. Make sense?
2) a 14kg gain in one week is a lot, so some of that HAS to be water (that's around 30lb). That's really scary for a gain, it would take a lot for that to happen.
3) you should figure out what your RMR (resting metabolic rate) is and then go from there to calculate how many calories you're burning, but if you exercise and eat like that then you will definitely lose the weight, yes.
4) I would say you're hurting your body to the point where seeing a doctor might be a good idea.
5) with enough of any exercise you are bound to gain some muscle-- it shouldn't make you look fatter-- but when you gain muscle you also burn more calories just doing nothing. one of the best ways to just lose fat is to run until you need to stop, then slow down and walk or jog for a bit, then start running again.

I hope this helps some, good luck.
