Big huge yay. 'cause the sugar free ones are 0-20 cals, which isn't much, and they have vitamins, and they kick you up a notch or two, and (sometimes) they taste good and are bubbley. Some of the ones you find at sport/nutrition stores have mild appetite supressants (other than caffeine, that is) as well. I love them.
... but they're pricey. it adds up fast.

for the kinds you can buy at general stores (ie. 7-11) personal favorite is Redline. 0cal, and it's kickass for strength, too.
the generic ones I like are Full Throttle (sugar free, of course) at 0cal, Monster lo-carb at 10cal...
the very best one, though is Endorush... you can buy it at GNC or places like that. it costs more than most energy drinks, but it's 4 servings per bottle(5 cal each), and you really only need one serivng at a time. gives you a wicked kick and supressess appetite, too. best of all: it actually tastes really good. a lot of the sugar free ones taste revolting... the ones I like are good, some are sortof mediocre, but I love Endorush.

Im a big fan of these energy drinks aswell. As they usually only have 10 kcals per can or something. I dont actually get extra energy from them tho, but i do enjoy the taste :rolleyes:

I love sugarfree V (tastes like sherbet candy bracelets), sugarfree Rockstar and Carb Free Monster (tastes like faerie floss!).
