I have this chest pain screaming right under where the ribcage goes together if you know what I mean? Why do I have it? Is it because of too much coffee or tea? Hunger?

Definitely quit smoking. If you have any form of an ed, You need to see a doctor. They can be a pain but they can save your life.

Wait--why quit smoking? Does it exacerbate ED problems?

It could be acid reflux disease, especially if you're bulimic. Your espophagus is badly damaged by your own stomach acid. If this is true, you really need to see a doctor who will prescribe you steroids to help it heal, but he's going to find out you purge too.
Can you be more specific about the pain? Maybe it's not that.

fell while running this morning, hands first, lost my breath, chest pain continues, ribs are sore, breathing is tolerable but a bit of pain with a deep breath, sneezing hurts, sitting up straight is a bit painful, bending down to like pick something up hurts - can I wait it out and see if the pain subsides and how long should I wait, should I ice, hang low.is it because i smoke too much and starting to worry if am getting any heart probs . any idea y it is shd i quint smoke is it the cause for this
i got so many questions like this can any one answer me ..
Get lots of rest and if you don't feel markedly better in 24 hours, it's time to see a doctor. Smoking isn't going to cause inordinate pain from a fall. You may have some deep tissue bruising. If that's the case the doc is going to want to bandage you up probably.

Not really, but you should quit anyway if you can.

I'm at least doing better smoking-wise than I was last week. Only 2 today versus the pack-a-day horror of last week.
