Hi all, I was wondering..what is the "ABC" I've heard this b4 and am not sure what its all about. I pretty much restrict by doing water fasts for 2 weeks. If abc is better please let me kno! Thanks :)

i think it would be extremly hard to do that for 50 days. and from what i have read, ppl have lost up to 15lbs in 2 weeks (that might be an average im not sure) the ammount lost would vary person to person.

i've lost about 6 pounds. in 2/3weeks. (not much i know) eating 800 cals most days, theres been a few family birthdays inluding mine in those weeks and my family celebrate birthdays with food. so i have had quite a few days of eating 'normally' in there. my point is. dont try that unless you are used to restricting.

i wish i was thatt strong.

i find my want to eat is more in my head then hunger, i can stand hunger pains, but when i just want to eat. i end up eating. i hate it.
