Hey everyone, I'm new on this great forum.

I just wanted to share a cool excercise for everyone looking to increase their posterior chain's power: The Deadlift. It's also good for putting on mass everywhere on the body.

that guy on your picture is gross... I wouldnt wanna become like that if i did ur exercice but I might try doing a couple of 100 rep series after my 60 kcal meal.
