i haven't binged in a while i thinked i was doing good.My Friends mother brought some gifts over today Cookies cakes.to thank me for working on her house for her i put then in the Bin not being disrespecful to her i just knew i was going to binge.20 mins later i found my self running to the bin bingeing all of it! 10 cookies 3 slices of cake still felt hungry 2 hours later.binged on figs.salad beans Diet cola.i doubt i will sleep right tonight i think ill end up working out all night try take of the weight i might gain from this "binge" i feel aful i gave into my anorexoia when he was pushing and pushing and tempting me to eat it.:(
