Hello lovelies!
I came across this video by Chef AJ featuring a cool summer treat of a pumpkin pie smoothie. While I would likely only use 1/3 a can of pumpkin, I would feel relatively safe with having this as one of my planned meal times.

Chef AJ focuses on recipes involving unprocessed foods. Many of her dishes can still have a bit of fat because she seems to love nuts; however, this pumpkin pie smoothie recipe is next to nil on fat and low cal. Plus it's pumped with vitamins. Holla! I'm going to make it today before i have to go to my friend's house. Let me know if others try it too!
