I didn't really know where to put this, since it's not truly a 'phobia' or anything, I just really want to know if any of you ever feel the same way as me, or if I'm a total weirdo.
Does anyone else get nauseuous/nervous when having to talk to people? I mean, I'm a naturally shy person, but I get weirdly anxious and feel slightly nauseous when I'm forced to talk to people (friends, neighbors, schoolmates, strangers) on my own. I feel slightly antisocial in a way, but not enough to be a disorder or anything. I just HATE social situations when I'm the center of attention, or if someone else is paying close attention to me. Can anyone else relate?
