Ok, so I'm thinking of putting together a cookbook full of super duper low cal recipes/healthy recipes and I was wondering what you guys think:

What would be the highest amount of cals you would put for meals/entrees, sides, and desserts/extra tidbit items

How would you categorize your book? By cals, meal, or by things like side/entree/dessert/etc.

Any other opinions, suggestions, ideas would be awesome. Thanks :)

Ive always planned on doing something like this but i never finish what i start! Lol
I would catagorize by meal, like dinner, breakfast, appetizer etc, and then for each one catagorize by calories going from 100-500 or something. And i wouldnt go over 300 for a meal.

That is a good suggestion. I like that, it sounds very organized. And 300 was the number I was thinking of too! Thanks for the input. This is going to be my entertainment for the day, lol

Also having fat content too. I think that fat content is sometimes more important than calories because of what our bodies to process it.
Like those meals at Applebees that say they are under XXX calories; but the fat content is through the roof!
I would rather up my calories just a little (can always be easily burned... especially carbs!) than have lo-cal and fat.

Just a thought.
