do they exist?? I hear conflicting reports...The idea is that certain foods have less calories in them then the number of calories it takes your body to digest them...

It's a debated topic, there are decent arguments around on the net if you look for them. It does make a lot of sense for it to be true, though, and I find the arguments against it to be lacking, personally. The only one anyone seems to be sure about is celery, which I think is only because it's so low in calories to begin with. But the others... spinach, strawberries, blueberries, apples, oranges, grapefruit.... it's more of a risk because if you're counting the calories, they're much higher.
So, sorry, no definitive answer. I go in phases with it, sometimes I consider them negative, sometimes I don't.

Yea, its ok...I was researching it and there are so many conflicting claims!

There's no definite answer, so I tend to think it's too good to be true and always count the calories... That way, i'm safe if they really aren't negative calorie.
