I started dieting/fasting before the summer holidays last year and during the holidays.I went from 56kg to 48kg in about 5 weeks,but soon I lost control and gained all the wight back again :( .
Well,I've been on a juice/water diet for the last couple of days.I'm trying to fast because I wan't to look good for my birthday wich is on the 6th of october.I probably wont loose much in that short space of time...
But can anyone give me some tips on how to keep going and to not get/be hungry.maybe someone could fast with me.I would probably find it much easier to do it with someone :o
