What are yours? For me I like most things, but I'd have to say

e - some songs

Sooooo, no matter what genre, what makes you feel great/lets you relax/you can rock out to/whatever?? I suppose I shouldn't limit it to three songs, but don't go too crazy! Haha, and reccommendations for others are welcome too

I would like to add that every ska punk song counts as a feel good song

All of my songs are either sad or angry. Except for one, it's a silly song called "Sill Alive" which is played at the end of a video game I used to play. It's sort of funny and I like to listen to it sometimes.

i really liked the Carry You song by VNV Nation, I downloaded it from iTunes just now.

Tis a good band, futurepop and other similar electronica is just a little bit more intellectually stimulating and ....makes you feel good, without being a happiness song? More sort of a realistic reassuring thing. Hard to explain.

The Kinks, The Who, obviously Bob Marley. Reggae, soul, some soft rock.

:)

But me too. My favorite bands are My Chemical Romance, The Used, Cradle of Filth, and similar fun things haha. I'm none too bright 'n cheery haha

Haha yes I've got a quite a few friends into those bands but they've never really managed to get me into them. Old rock = good rock though, seriously the 90s ruined everything for rock.

Glorious Dawn -- Carl Sagan/Stephen Hawking remix (I'm not sure who made it, but it's pure genius)
Learning to Fly by Pink Floyd (probably my all-time favorite song since I was a kiddo)
Fool in the Rain - Led Zeppelin
Float on by Modest Mouse
Back in Town by Sound Team
Burning Pile by Mother Mother
Harder Better Faster Stronger by Daft Punk

Whoo international music! French is okay (Stereo Total is french/german and pretty funky) but I prefer russian/finnish stuff. Valravn is really good for quiet times

The Beatles: Hard Days Night, Can't Buy Me Love, I wana hold you hand
Biffy Clyro: Mountains
Cobra Starship: Kiss My Sass
Little Jackie: The World Should Revolve Around Me

Anything by Yelle, an awesome French pop singer. Most of my music is pretty upbeat and happy. I just don't like listening to sad, downtrodden music.

"Don't dream it, be it," from The Rocky Horror Picture Show puts me in a happy, dreamy state. Inspirational, too!
