hmmmm im not going to tell you how to cut and make it look like an accident trust me you will not always get away with it...... All i can say if u feel that bad the get an elastic band and put it round wrist and flick it everytime u feel like that yes it hurts and yes it leaves red marks but that is better than having scars and parents woundering how u got the cuts.
Does anybody else agree with me

Taking an overdose does not achive anything been there done that and you will just feel bad after it i would write a diary on how you feel or write letters and hide them.
Well .. these are not the answers m looking for !!

Well than what are you looking for? Are you looking for someone to tell you a way to inflict pain or possible death. Nobody in their right mind would do that. If something is bothering you that let it out. Either by journaling or putting it here. I will be more that happy to listen/read. Try it.

nobody here is going to give you advice on how to cut, hun. if I could go back to that first cut and tell myself not to, I would do it in a heartbeat. seriously. there have been a lot of times when I cut too deep and though i might have to go to the hospital. it's an enormous stress to hide, it leaves scars that might not ever totally fade, it makes you distrustful of people seeing your body, and for me it's getting just as bad as my ED at this point, if not worse. so don't start. please.

Hun, darling...I agree. If I could have stopped myself from doing it the first time, I would have. It's addicting and leaves scars that make people worry. And if people are already worried about you, they may notice that you're not eating (cutting often comes with depression and some depressed people lose weight-or gain it (eww)- or are like us and just don't eat at all). Besides, it makes it really hard to wear anything and your clothes are restricted because of what you have to hide, and sometimes you can't wear the clothes that make you feel even remotely good about yourself because it shows a scar or a recent cut. It's hard to stop and it's hard not to cut too deep. It's easier to try and stop/not starting. What I do is I've been getting a wrist band and I'll snap it when ever I need to feel pain. And this might sound odd, but I like to take everything out on a punching bag...but I actually like sparring better because I can get hit and and it makes me feel pain while still getting things out of my system.
Oh, and about the hairband thing, just a warning: one time not to recently, I had a bad night and dug my nails into my wrist until it left a mark and a slight scab the next two days (it wasn't really bleeding persay...) and then I had another day when I found something out that unnerved me and I just started snapping my hairband on my wrist out of habbit and my wrist started to bleed....just a warning...things like that can happen...and some people notice if you bleed through a sleeve of a shirt...
Good luck, please try not to cut yourself darling, you're too pretty to have to deal with hiding scars.

I love all the other people on here... They've really said it all.
Don't cut. It's... Crazy. Insanely bad. It's so easy to cut a nerve or a muscle and completely mess yourself up forever.
I still have scars from 3 years ago. Would you want that?
Blogging always seems to help me, so start a blog. =) Or maybe call a friend and talk it out, though blogging may be better if you don't trust anyone.

You guys are awesome and I totally agree.
DON`T CUT!!!
the elastic band works, the diary definitely works and screaming and punching pillows helps too, especially when you tell the pillow what you want from the world.
We`d all be happy to listen for sure.
You can do it, lucy.
