Even though there are a lot of helpful threads on WE, I was thinking that it would be a lot more beneficial to message someone personally - somebody who is stuck in a similar rut (binging habits) and is trying to live healthier. I'm weak alone and I could really use somebody to confide in and lean on. Is anybody else looking for support?
