I was growing really desperate. I was becoming really depressed these past few months, and gained a whopping 20lbs in 4 or 5 months! I was 110, now I'm 130 (125 this morning! :D)

Anyway, I decided to try hypnosis, because I knew my eating patterns were emotional. I would stuff myself and still feel hungry. I don't purge, so the wait packs on quickly.

Anyway, I tried a weightloss hypnosis mp3, by Steve G Jones, and in the past 2 days that I've listened to it, I haven't been binging. I used to eat roughly 2,000+ calories every day and STILL feel hungry. And I'm only 5'1. Well, yesterday, I ate only 1,200. Last night, I kinda gave in and ate a some spaghetti, if I went straight to bed, I would have eatten only 800 calories that day. Yesterday, I skipped breakfast and lunch, and forced myself to eat a sandwhich at 4pm. Usually, I'd eat breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner, then snack again!

This morning, I made myself a healthy green smoothie. I used to drink 2-3 servings of it. I was satisfied with just one. I'm actually craving for more greens! I opened pantry today, and the cookies and cereals and sugary foods were right in front of me, and I totally passed it up. Wow.

With hypnosis, I think if you believe it works, then it will. If you don't, then it might not be for you. In the end, you are the one who's in control of your thought patterns.

The mp3 was only $0.99 on amazon, and I figured, what do I have to loose? I easily spend 3x that on ice cream, so why not spend it on possible solutions.

If anything, it sure cured my insomnia, because I fall asleep so easily now. lol

Update:
Day 3 of nightly hypnosis

1200 calories today! :D

My goal is 1200 with exercise or 1000 with light work.

I no longer feel the need to lose weight asap, but I finally stopped gaining. I think I would have been 135lbs today if I didn't try this. I'm at 124 now. :)

So far, I've maintained 125lbs this week. Not bad. Considering that my weight was rising fairly quickly.

I haven't had a binge eating episode this whole time!!! But, I do eat whatever. I'm not very conscious about what I eat, so I eat anything I feel like eating. However, I do tend to eat less junk food.

I'm going to continue this hypnosis. I'm going to try this for a year. :) I'll keep you guys posted!
