Texting Buddy?

I have EDNOS and my problem is bingeing without purging or chew & spitting whenever I have cravings. I restrict to 500 calories or less a day, but when I get cravings I either binge and do not purge (though I've tried once, I just physically can't make myself), and because of that I usually chew & spit. The problem is, I get really addicted to C & S when I do it and my cravings usually increase when I do that because I can taste what I want without eating it. I really can't afford this habit and I know it's bad, but I don't want to go back to bingeing either. I was wondering if anyone would be up to being texting buddies? Someone I could text when I felt a binge coming on that could talk me out of it? If no one feels comfortable with that, maybe an AIM buddy to help with the same thing?

im in need of a txtn buddy! i have the same problem! i binge sooo bad sometimes! ive gained 10lbs recently and need to get rid of it! i feel horrible at the moment! im from the Uk so any txtn buddies would be welcome? :D
