I was thinking about getting a food scale i was reading about them and they "can also tell you the exact amount of calories, fat, and ten other nutrients that serving contains. It will also store and tally the values for everything you eat over the course of an entire day." I thought it would be a grate way to keep track of exactly every cal!

Do any of you have one or have ever thought about getting one of these?

Edit**Check the food scale out***

I have a food scale at home, I don't know what i would do without it, I can't stand not knowing the exact cals that i am consuming, and i always overestimate if i haven't weighed the food.
But these scales sound absolutely amazing, i generally only use my scales to measure fruit and vege, and sometimes when i am being particularly obsessive sauce and mayo, and meats occasionally. Its nice to know how many cals that you are consuimg, and if it seems like too much i can always take of the amount to make it an even number that sounds good in my head...if that makes sense.
They are a great tool for accurate cal counting...i love them...i might have to look into getting a set of these though.
