Redness on skin while restricting

One thing I’ve noticed when I’ve been restricting is this kind of reddish pimple-lookalike i get on the skin on my upper chest/collarbones. I’ve seen a pattern and it comes when I’ve been restricting.

Has this happened to anyone else? What is it?!

This happens to me too does it look like a rash and comes and goes? Do you also tend to let off more heat when this happens? Because this same thing happens to me when i havnt eaten for awhile and my heart beat speeds up

Exactly! Mine look like pimples but they are not... It comes and goes, what it depends on I dont know. I want them to go away. Is this a common problem? What do u do about your?
