Hey, so I used to be on a site where people all joined a thread and followed it daily. . .and there was like this point system etc for how much they ate, whether they exercise and whether they b/p etc. I'm getting really desperate to stop b/p because it really does my head in :mad: and I also am dying to drop some weight!!! . . .this might sound stupid to some people but I feel if i was competing against a couple of people and posting on here then I'd be more inclined to try my best?! Nothing all complicated or anything, just like:

I don't know, I am just really going crazy and I need major motivation and I'm naturally competitive lol so I'm hoping this will at least reduce my binges and purges from daily to like 3 times a week or something, then I would be happy?! Either reply on this thread or PM me if you want! :) xx
