Recipes using vegan sour cream/cream cheese?

I had a vegan friend over today for our traditional once a month salad and vegan brownies. I bought some vegan sour cream and cream cheese in case she wanted something on crackers or whatever. We didn't end up eating it, so I'm wondering if anyone has any good recipes using such things, besides like on bagels or the obvious uses for cream cheese and sour cream!

I'm an omnivore for the most part, but I really really love vegan cooking. Recipes would be great. I'm going to try the cream cheese in the spaghetti squash alfredo that Sink-or-Swim posted.
